Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Peanut Butter Double Chocolate Truffles.
I usually only work on my website at the weekend as Monday to Friday is so jam packed with work and other commitments. To make sure everything runs smoothly it is all about planning and thats what I’m focusing on this weekend.
I have recipe ideas, photographed recipes and written out recipes – very few are complete with photo and typed up ingredients and instructions. I’ve consolidated them all into the one place and I’m focusing on adding in the recipe to new ideas I have already photographed. I’ve also started to pull together some meal plans that I’ll try and share with you each week.
Today’s recipe is one I made a few months ago as an after dinner treat when I had friends visiting. Creamy peanut butter truffles covered in dark chocolate is the perfect sweet treat and they are really easy to make. If you enjoy making truffles and sweets I have quite a few recipes in the snacks section of my website for you to try out.
