Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola Apple Bites.
I’m probably a bit cheeky calling this a recipe – it is more of an idea. As I’m still working at home, and will be for at least the rest of the year, I’m trying out a few healthier snacks. I either work in upstairs in the study or in the kitchen – when I’m in the kitchen the temptation to snack all day is very real!
My favourite little bite at the moment are these apple slices which I spread with natural peanut butter, a sprinkle of my homemade gluten free granola and then I drizzle on a little dairy free dark chocolate. Let me know if you have any healthy snack ideas.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola Apple Bites (Gluten & Dairy Free)
Core the apple
Cut into slices so you have apple rings
Spread with the peanut butter and sprinkle on the granola
Drizzle over the melted dairy free dark chocolate
