Welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten & Dairy Free Ginger Crunch Chocolate Bars.

This recipe is so simple and quick to make but it tastes amazing.  It didn’t last long in my house at all – mainly because I ate it all.

It really is as easy as mixing together dairy free white chocolate (which most supermarkets now stock), dairy free dark chocolate and some crunchy gluten free ginger biscuits.

Ginger Crunch Chocolate Bars (Gluten & Dairy Free)

A delicious dairy free chocolate bar with dark and white chocolate and crunchy ginger biscuits



  1. Break the ginger biscuits into small chunks and set aside

  2. Melt the dark chocolate and pour into a small traybake tin or a chocolate bar mould

  3. Melt the white chocolate and pour onto the dark chocolate

  4. Swirl with a knife

  5. Sprinkle on the biscuit chunks and press gently into the chocolate

  6. Refrigerate until set
