Cream of Celeriac Soup (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Place the olive oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat

Saute the onion, garlic and chilli for 5 minutes

Stir in the celeriac and potato chunks

Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to the boil

Simmer for 25 minutes

Stir in the dairy free milk, chives and seasoning

Remove from the heat and blend until smooth
