10 Ways With ……….. Gluten and Dairy Free Waffles

The idea behind this recipe is you get a basic waffle recipe and then 10 ideas on how to customise the recipe. This was one of the first recipes that I posted on the website and when I’ve gone back and looked at it the photographs are terrible. I’m currently working my way through re-photographing the waffles (any excuse to make them again!) so sorry if there are not photos for every recipe yet.


For the Basic Waffle Mix:


  1. To make the waffles, combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until light and fluffy
  2. Heat up your waffle iron and spray with olive oil
  3. Pour the mixture into the waffle iron and cook for 8 minutes until golden brown
