Egg & Bacon Filled Bagels (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Preheat the oven to 18o 0C
Fry the bacon lardons in a shallow pan for 10 minutes or until crisp
Whisk together the egg, dairy free cream, bacon lardons, basil and seasoning
Cut a thin slice off the top of egg bagel and press the inside of the bagel down with your thumb
Fill the bagels with your egg and bacon mix and sprinkle on the dairy free grated cheese
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
