Hello everyone, welcome to my latest breakfast recipe for this healthy Gluten and Dairy Free Pineapple and Peach Smoothie Bowl. Packed full of peaches, pineapple and banana this makes the perfect start to any day. I’ve also added some dairy free milk to make it a little creamier – you can use any milk like almond, soya etc.

The top of your smoothie bowl be customised with all of your favourite toppings. I usually go with a combination of fresh fruit and some gluten free granola.

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite gluten free granola and choice of fresh fruit
