Hello everyone, today’s post is for a new gluten free and dairy free breakfast recipe – Berry Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl!
I haven’t made a new smoothie bowl recipe for ages – I’ve been sticking with my favourite blueberry and pear one. Weirdly enough I never really ate peanut butter prior to having to cut out dairy – now I can’t get enough of it. My favourite combination is either with chocolate or berries.
If I wasn’t disorganised and had planned to make this after I had my weekly shopping delivered then I would have topped it with some strawberries and granola.

Berry Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Start the day with a healthy breakfast making my Gluten Free and Dairy Free Berry Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl
Place half the peanut butter, dairy free milk, berries and banana in a blender
Blitz until smooth and pour into a bowl
Top with the remaining peanut butter and any other berries or granola you like
