Hello everyone, its the time of year that the local shop has an abundance of beautiful fresh peaches so I’ve got a few peach recipes coming up on the website. Last week I shared my Summer Peach Cheesecake and today I have a lovely Gluten and Dairy Free Blackberry & Peach Smoothie.
You can make this into a smoothie bowl by reducing the apple juice by 50ml and adding in a couple of scoops of dairy free natural yoghurt. Top with your favourite gluten free granola and fresh fruit.

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth
You can add more apple juice if the smoothie is a little thick
