Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free White Chocolate Popcorn Squares. It can be quite difficult to get snacks that are both gluten and dairy free so I often just make my own. You can either pop your own corn for this recipe or use a shop bought version.
This recipe would also work well with gluten free rice krispies or gluten free cornflakes if you don’t fancy using popcorn. These bars will last the week if you either individually wrap them or store in an airtight container.
