Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Banana and Strawberry Smoothie Bowl. I topped this beautiful bowl with my homemade gluten free granola that contains freeze dried berries and dairy free chocolate curls.

This weekend I’m back home at the house I grew up in for the last time. My parents are moving much closer to where we all are which will be great. Their new place isn’t ready for a wee while yet so they will be living with me. I’m sure there will be plenty of dessert and baking recipes to share as, like me, he has a sweet tooth.

  1. Place the banana, strawberries, dairy free yoghurt and orange juice into a blender and blitz until smooth

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with the gluten free granola

  3. You can also add your extra strawberries or banana
