Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Beef Satay w/ Watercress Salad. To make this recipe super quick to make you can prep your satay sauce and salad dressing ahead of time.
This will probably be the last of my salad recipes for this year as we head more into autumn. I’ll need to start getting my pumpkin recipes ready for next month. You can always swap out the salad in this recipe for rice or gluten free noodles.

Beef Satay w/ Watercress Salad (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
For the steak:
For the satay sauce:
For the watercress salad:
Whisk together the ingredients for the satay sauce. If it is too thick you can add a little hot water.
Mix together the watercress, tomato, red onion, peanuts and easy salad dressing
Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a shallow pan over a high heat.
Cook the steaks for about 3 minutes each side and allow to rest for a couple of minutes then cut into strips.
Serve with the satay sauce and watercress salad
