Hello everyone, my latest post is for this delicious Gluten Free and Dairy Free Creamy Orange Smoothie Bowl. The weather has felt like spring for the last couple of days and I’ve moved from porridge for breakfast to smoothie bowls. I have quite a few different smoothie bowl recipes on my website now but I realised I didn’t have an orange one. It makes a perfect zesty start to the day.

I’m off to get the COVID vaccine – really grateful to be getting it early due to underlying medical conditions. It is also nice timing to get the vaccine before my next round of hospital appointments at cardiology and vascular surgery.
