Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Spaghetti Bolognese. I thought it was time I updated the photographs and reposted my bolognese recipe. It was one of my first recipes so definitely was looking a little bit old and out of date. I use this bolognese as the base for my lasagne. I think that is next on my to do list to refresh.

Not sure about you guys but I find of all the pastas, gluten free spaghetti is the most difficult to cook. Does anyone have any top tips?

Spaghetti Bolognese (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

  1. In a large pan heat a drizzle of olive oil over a medium heat
  2. Add in the carrot, onion and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes
  3. Add in the mince and cook until browned about 5 -10 minutes
  4. Mix in the tomato puree
  5. Pour in the chopped tomatoes and beef stock
  6. Season with salt and pepper
  7. Add in the basil, oregano, marjoram, parsley and sugar
  8. Simmer for about 35 minutes or until the sauce has thickened
