Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate Marble Cake. I just realised this is my second swirl cake I’ve posted in the last month. The espresso marbled bundt cake must have still been lingering in my mind when I made this.
You can change up this recipe a little bit by baking it in 900g loaf tin and topping with the chocolate frosting for a marble loaf cake. It can also be made as a sandwich cake by splitting the mixture between two 6″ round cake tins. The cooking time will need to be reduced to 25 minutes and you sandwich the cake together with the chocolate frosting.
