Jam Donuts (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Ingredients

Beat the dairy free spread and caster sugar until light and fluffy

Beat in the eggs and milk

Stir in the flour

Divide the dough into 12 balls

Flatten slightly into donut shapes

Heat some oil in a high sided pan until it reaches 180 oC

Cook for a couple of minutes on each side

Alternatively you can bake these donuts for 12 minutes at 180 oC

Toss in caster sugar
-
Make a small hole in the side of each donut and pipe in some jam
