Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Black Forest Cookies. These little cookies are a delicious mix of dairy free chocolate and cherries.
You might notice that I’ve added in a cookies section to the main menu on the website. I’ll continue to add in new (and old) recipes to this area.
I’m working on a new recipe for dark chocolate and mint cookies this weekend. If it works out well I’ll post the recipe here.

Black Forest Cookies (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Beat together the dairy free spread and sugar then whisk in the egg
Stir in the gluten free plain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, dairy free chocolate chips and dried cherries
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180 oC and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Divide the cookie dough into 9 balls and place on a lined baking sheet and flatten into discs
Bake for 10-12 minutes and allow to cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack
