Hello everyone, on the menu today is a new curry recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Chicken Makhani. This is a great prep ahead recipe as it freezes really well and can be quickly reheated in the microwave.

It’s been a really busy but great fun last few weeks. I turned 40 and have made the celebrations last for a while. I’ve been lucky enough to celebrate with family and friends and lovely to catch up with people in person I haven’t seen for the last 18 months.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add the olive oil to a large pan over a medium heat

  2. Add the chicken, onion and garlic and saute for 5 minutes

  3. Stir in the garam masala, turmeric, chilli flakes, chopped tomatoes and chicken stock.

  4. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes

  5. Stir int he dairy free cream and season to taste

  6. Divide between four bowls and serve with rice
