Apple Baked French Toast (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Difficulty: Beginner Prep Time 10 min Cook Time 30 min Total Time 40 mins Servings: 2 Best Season: Suitable throughout the year



  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  2. Grease 2 individual ramekins
  3. In a medium sized bowl whisk together the milk, apple sauce, egg, cinnamon and maple syrup
  4. Stir in the sultanas
  5. Tear the bread into bite sized chunks and stir into the milk mixture
  6. Spoon into the 2 ramekins
  7. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes
