Instructions

Mash the avocado until smooth

Cook the pasta per the instructions on the packet

Saute the onion, chilli and garlic in the olive oil over a medium heat for a couple of minutes

Pour in the dairy free cream, add the oregano and season with salt and pepper

Cook for a couple of minutes

Stir through the avocado, sundried tomatoes and pasta

Divide between two bowls and top with the dairy free cheese
