Gingerbread French Toast (Gluten Free Dairy Free)
Ingredients
Instructions

In a shallow bowl whisk together the egg, dairy free milk, treacle, brown sugar, ginger and cinnamon

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a  frying pan over a medium heat

Dip the bread into the egg mixture and place immediately into the frying pan

Cook on each side for a couple of minutes

I served mine with maple syrup and some fresh raspberries
