Hello everyone, welcome to my latest breakfast recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Raspberry Blueberry Breakfast Pot. This is the perfect prep ahead breakfast recipe. The fruit compote only takes 10 minutes to make and you can do this the night before.

Raspberry Blueberry Breakfast Pot (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
For the fruit compote:
Place the raspberries, strawberries and blueberries into a small saucepan over a medium heat with a tablespoon of water. Cook for about 5 minutes or until they have broken down. Set aside to cool.
Divide the compote between two glasses or bowls and layer up with the dairy free yoghurt, gluten free granola, peanut butter and fresh berries
