Hello, it’s time to share my latest breakfast recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Raisin and Almond Granola. I haven’t made granola for about a year I think. I’ve started to go back into the office a lot more and I find it a handy thing to grab for a quick breakfast when I’m rushing out the door.

You can use the base to make the flavour of granola you like. I’ve added in raisins and flaked almonds but dairy free chocolate chips, banana chips or any other kind of nuts works well. I served mine with some dairy free natural yoghurt and a spoonful of strawberry compote.
