Hello everyone, I thought it was time to share my recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Chilli Salt Chips. I know a lot of you miss getting your favourites from your local takeaway when you have to follow a special diet.
I have a number of ‘fake-away’ recipes on my website but I’m adding in these chips and coming soon I have a gluten and dairy free Chinese Chicken Curry recipe. So don’t miss out on this classic side dish – it is really easy to make at home with a few ingredients.

Chilli Salt Chips (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Cook the oven chips according to the instructions on the packet
Heat the tablespoon of olive oil in a wok or shallow pan over a high heat
Ad the onion, pepper, chilli, salt, pepper, Chinese 5 spice and garlic. Saute for a couple of minutes.
Add the cooked chips and saute for another couple of minutes
