Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Poached Eggs with Chilli Lime Avocado.
This is one of my favourite breakfasts, the poached egg goes so well with the avocado. I’ve added a hint of lime and chilli to the mashed avocado for some extra depth of flavour. The perfect start to any day.

Gluten Free and Dairy Free Poached Eggs with Chilli Lime Avocado
Mash the avocado and stir in the lime juice, chilli and seasoning
Lightly toast the gluten free bread
Poach the eggs in a pan of simmering water for 3 minutes
Top the toast with the avocado and poached egg
Sprinkle on a couple of extra chilli flakes
