Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Egg-In-The-Hole Pizza Bagels.
I’m starting my Christmas recipe planning as we only have a few weeks to go until it is December and I feel I can officially talk about Christmas. I’m in the kitchen experimenting with a marbled chocolate and Bailey’s Almande cheesecake.
This year I’m thinking of doing some Christmas dessert recipes and also some trimmings/side dish as I don’t really have any free from recipes for these on the site just now.
Today’s recipe is one of my favourite weekend breakfast items. Lovely gluten free bagels topped with tomatoes and dairy free cheese with an egg surprise in the middle.

Egg-In-The-Hole Pizza Bagels (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Ingredients
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 oC

Lightly grease a shallow pan with cooking oil and place on a medium heat

Cut the bagels in half and place inside down on the pan for a couple of minutes until lightly toasted

Turn the bagels over and carefully crack an egg into the hole in the middle of each bagel

Mix together the passata, garlic, oregano and salt and pepper and spoon over the bagels

Top with the grated dairy free cheese
-
Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes
