Gluten and Dairy Free Salmon Linguine

Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon Steaks
  • 150 g Gluten Free Linguine/Spaghetti
  • 150 ml Dairy Free Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Cornflour
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chives
  • 1 teaspoon Dill
  • 1/2 Onion, diced
  • 150 ml Garlic and Herb Stock

Method

  1. Pan fry the salmon steaks, remove the skin and then flake
  2. Cook onion with the garlic paste and then add the flaked fish
  3. Sprinkle the cornflour over the fish and onion
  4. Add the cream and the stock
  5. Mix in the chives, dill and season with salt and pepper
  6. Simmer gently for 5 – 10 minutes until the sauce has thickened
  7. Add the cooked linguine and serve
