Gluten and Dairy Free Peanut Butter Banana Milkshake

Serves 1


  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 260ml dairy free milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup


  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth
  2. Pour into a glass and serve, I drizzled some dairy free chocolate sauce round the inside of the glass for added excitement
