Hello everyone, my latest post is for Gluten and Dairy Free Cranberry Sauce. It is really easy to make with a few simple ingredients you can find in the supermarket.

You can prep this recipe ahead of time. I like to make a couple of jars in the run up to Christmas. You can give as little festive gifts or use yourself as part of your Christmas dinner.

  1. Place all the ingredients in a large pot and bring to the boil.  Simmer gently until the cranberries begin to burst.

  2. Remove from the heat and place in a sterilised jar, allow to cool completely.  Refrigerate and use within one month.
