Hello everyone, my latest post is for Gluten and Dairy Free Cranberry Sauce. It is really easy to make with a few simple ingredients you can find in the supermarket.
You can prep this recipe ahead of time. I like to make a couple of jars in the run up to Christmas. You can give as little festive gifts or use yourself as part of your Christmas dinner.

Cranberry Sauce (Gluten & Dairy Free)

Place all the ingredients in a large pot and bring to the boil. Simmer gently until the cranberries begin to burst.
Remove from the heat and place in a sterilised jar, allow to cool completely. Refrigerate and use within one month.
