Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Pistachio Porridge.

I’m in the way back to Edinburgh today after an eventful five days in London and Exeter, if was great catching up with everyone.

I had a few more gluten and dairy free foodie finds in Exeter, including this amazing burger from Meat 59 and a lovely apple and cinnamon crepe.

Back to home cooked food for me this week and as the weather is getting colder and I’m enjoying porridge for breakfast. This simple recipe includes some crushed pistachios, raspberries and a little dark chocolate.

Pistachio Porridge (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Difficulty: Beginner Prep Time 10 mins Cook Time 5 mins Total Time 15 mins

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix the oats, milk or water and honey in a small saucepan
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes
  3. Top with the pistachios, raspberries, chocolate and a dusting of cinnamon
