Hope you are all staying safe. I’m enjoying a long weekend off work and hoping this weather stays so I can spend some time in the garden. Today has been all about getting things done around the house and tonight is virtual games night.
Tonight’s recipe is one of the first meals I made when lockdown started. Using bits and pieces I had in the fridge and freezer resulted in this meal. It’s really easy to make but super tasty so I thought I would share with you all for some dinner inspiration.
