Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Tortilla Chips.

A lot of tortilla chips you buy in the shops either contain gluten or milk powder or are made in a factory that handle those goods. I decided to have a go at making my own and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place the flour and salt into a large bowl and gradually add the water

  2. Mix to form a ball

  3. Divide into four and roll out until thin

  4. Cook for about 1 minute each side in a hot pan

  5. Divide the corn tortillas into 8 triangles

  6. Place a small pan of oil, about 1cm deep, on a high heat

  7. Add the tortillas in for about 1 minute

  8. Remove from the oil and dust with either salt or paprika
