Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten & Dairy Free Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn.
I sometimes find it tricky to pick up a quick snack at work when I’m peckish. There is always something on offer but there isn’t a lot of variety from the usual gluten and dairy free cereal bar.
Two of my go to homemade snacks are my peanut butter cups and popcorn. Ages ago I shared my recipe for cinema sweet popcorn but more recently I’ve been enjoying this cinnamon popcorn.

Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn (Gluten & Dairy Free)
A perfect snack with a cinnamon sugar twist
In a large saucepan melt the dairy free spread over a medium heat
Stir in the icing sugar, cinnamon and olive oil
Pour in the popcorn kernels and stir until they are coated
Cover the saucepan with a lid
Remove from the heat once the popping of the kernels slows down
Allow to cool slightly and then serve
