Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Cheesy Prawn Spaghetti.
Cheese and prawns is something that I haven’t often combined together but definitely makes sense to do so more often. I was out for a lovely Italian meal last month with a group of friends I was visiting in London. The restaurant was amazing and had both gluten free pasta and dairy free cheese on offer. I decided on a cheese prawn spaghetti and it was so amazing.
I decided to try and have a go at recreating this recipe at home and I think I’ve made a pretty close replica. If you enjoy creamy pasta sauces then I suggest you give this recipe a go.

Cheesy Prawn Spaghetti (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
A lovely creamy spaghetti with prawns
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat
Add the onion and garlic and saute for 5 minutes
Pour in the wine, cream, milk and stock
Stir in the spaghetti and bring to the boil
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes
Stir in the lemon zest, oregano, prawns, cheese and seasoning
Cook for a couple of minutes or until the pasta is al dente
Serve topped with some fresh herbs and extra cheese
