Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Christmas Red Marble Cake.
My final post before Christmas so I just wanted to thank you all for continuing to read my little website. I love reading all your comments and your photos from when you make the recipes. I hope you all have a fantastic holiday whatever you are up to.
If you are looking for a last minute Christmas bake you might want to try this red marble cake. Only takes 10 minutes to put together and 30 minutes to bake in the oven.

Christmas Red Marble Cake (Gluten & Dairy Free)
For the cake:
For the frosting:
Preheat the oven to 180 oC
Grease and line a loaf tin
Beat together the caster sugar and dairy free spread until light and fluffy
Whisk in the eggs one at a time
Fold in the flour and divide the mixture into two separate bowls
Mix the red food colouring into one of the bowls of cake mix
Place alternate spoonfuls of white and red cake batter into the loaf tin
Swirl with a knife to marble
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
Remove from the loaf tin and allow to cool completely before frosting
Make the frosting by beating together the dairy free spread and icing sugar
Spread on top of the cake and top with Christmas themed sprinkles
