  1. Place all the ingredients in a slow cooker
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours
  3. Remove the brisket and pull apart with two forks
  4. Add some of the tomato sauce from the slow cooker to the brisket
  5. Serve on gluten free crusty bread topped with dairy free cheese and guacamole
