Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free BBQ Steak & Potato Wedges.
Hope you are all having a great weekend. I’ve got the cold so I’m sulking a bit – a big breakfast of cinnamon pancakes with maple syrup and booking a trip to London next weekend has cheered up considerably.
I’m sticking to my New Year’s resolution of sharing more savoury recipes (like this one) and making my own bread. When I finish this post I’m going to make a tomato and oregano loaf.

BBQ Steak & Potato Wedges (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
For the BBQ Steak:
For the Potato Wedges:
Mix together all the ingredients for the steak seasoning
Rub on the steaks and put in the fridge to marinade while you make the potato wedges
Preheat the oven to 180 oC
Mix the wedges, olive oil, seasoning and turmeric together
Spread out on a lined baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes
Heat a drizzle of olive oil on a high heat in a shallow pan
Cook the steaks for about a minute on each side
Serve with the wedges, salad and a mayo dip
