Hello everyone, welcome to this summery recipe for Gluten Free & Dairy Free Salmon Kebabs. The weather is supposed to be great on Saturday where I am. If it is the same for you then this recipe would be perfect for a BBQ. Rather than using chunks of salmon I’ve used long strips which is much easier to prepare and thread onto the kebabs stick.

I had the day off work today so went swimming for the first time in the new COVID world, out for lunch and now I’m back focused on building the new website. Today has all be about the drinks section – I have 55 drinks recipes finalised on the new site so far. Tomorrow I’m off the to the beach with my niece for a picnic.
