Hello everyone, welcome to my latest summer recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Lemon and Herb Pasta Salad.
Hope you are all doing well? I’m off work now for four days for Easter so plenty of time to dedicate to getting the website organised for the next months. I’m taking the opportunity of all this staying at home time to experiment with some new recipes and get up to date with my photography.
I’ve mentioned it before but I always find inspiration for new recipes for lunch time the hardest to develop. I made this lovely lemon and herb pasta salad for lunch the other day and thought I would share the recipe. If you are still having difficulty getting some gluten free pasta then Dove’s Farm are selling a box of free from basics on their website.

Lemon and Herb Pasta Salad (Gluten & Dairy Free)
For the salad:
For the dressing:
Cook the pasta per the instructions on the packet
Rinse the pasta with cold water and set aside to cool
Mix the salad items and the pasta together in a large bowl
Whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing
Pour over the salad and toss gently
