Gluten & Dairy Free Peach & Almond Tart

Flakey pastry topped with cinnamon peaches and almonds

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet gluten and dairy free pastry I used Jus-Roll
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 3 peaches cut into slices
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsps gluten free plain flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsps icing sugar
  • 4 tsps dairy free milk
  • 1 tbsp flaked almonds

Instructions
 

  • Prehat the oven to 180 oC
  • Cut the pastry sheet into 6 squares and place on a baking sheet
  • Brush with the beaten egg
  • Mix together the peach slices, brown sugar, gluten free flour and cinnamon
  • Place 4 peach slices in the middle of each pastry square
  • Bake in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes
  • Mix together the icing sugar and dairy free milk
  • Drizzle over the pastries and sprinkle on the almonds
