Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

serves / makes 1 Loaf



  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  2. Cream the dairy free spread and sugar together until light and fluffy
  3. Add the eggs, beating well between each addition
  4. Mash the bananas and add to the mixing bowl
  5. Add in the dry ingredients and mix well
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips
  7. Line a 1lb loaf tin with baking parchment or oiled well
  8. Bake in the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes
  9. Remove from the tin and leave to cool on a rack for an hour before slicing
