Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Pancetta, Garlic & Mushroom Pasta.
My website is my happy place where I don’t want to think about COVID-19 but feel I can’t post a pasta recipe without mentioning it! If you are like me (and I’m hearing you are) then you are probably finding it really difficult to buy gluten free pasta from the supermarket. Luckily I have great friends and family who are keeping an eye out for me.
Anyway if you do manage to get your hands on some gluten free pasta then I would recommend giving this tasty creamy pancetta and mushroom dish a go. P.S. I did make this recipe but 5 weeks ago before all this drama.

Pancetta, Garlic & Mushroom Pasta (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Place the pancetta, mushrooms, garlic and onion in a shallow pan over a medium heat
Sauté for 10 minutes or until the pancetta is crisp
Pour in the dairy free cream and simmer for a couple of minutes
Stir in the cooked gluten free pasta
Season to taste
