A super easy recipe to put together in the morning and enjoy for breakfast. The blueberry is the original superfood, the frozen banana makes it thicker and creamier and the oats make sure you are full until lunchtime.

Ingredients

  • 300ml almond milk
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 4 tablespoons blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon gluten free oats
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender
  2. Blitz until smooth
  3. Enjoy
