Ingredients
- 200g frozen raspberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced ginger
- 150ml dairy free milk
- 1/2 kiwi, chopped
- 1 tablespoon pineapple, chopped
- 1 tablespoon mandarin slices
- 1 tablespoon gluten free granola
Directions
- Place the raspberries, banana, ginger and dairy free milk in a blender
- Blitz until smooth
- Pour into a bowl
- Top with the lime, kiwi, pineapple, mandarins and granola
