Gluten and Dairy Free Raspberry Ginger Smoothie Bowl
Serves 1
Ingredients
200g frozen raspberries
1 frozen banana
1 teaspoon fresh minced ginger
150ml dairy free milk
1/2 kiwi, chopped
1 tablespoon pineapple, chopped
1 tablespoon mandarin slices
1 tablespoon gluten free granola
Directions
Place the raspberries, banana, ginger and dairy free milk in a blender
Blitz until smooth
Pour into a bowl
Top with the lime, kiwi, pineapple, mandarins and granola
