Gluten and Dairy Free Raspberry Ginger Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 200g frozen raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon fresh minced ginger
  • 150ml dairy free milk
  • 1/2 kiwi, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pineapple, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mandarin slices
  • 1 tablespoon gluten free granola

Directions

  1. Place the raspberries, banana, ginger and dairy free milk in a blender
  2. Blitz until smooth
  3. Pour into a bowl
  4. Top with the lime, kiwi, pineapple, mandarins and granola
