Gluten and Dairy Free Peanut Butter Cup Latte

Serves 1



  1. Pour the espresso shots in a coffee mug
  2. Stir in the honey if using
  3. Pour the milk into saucepan
  4. Add in the peanut butter and chocolate
  5. Place on a medium heat until just before boiling the chocolate and peanut butter has melted
  6. Pour into the mug with the coffee
  7. I topped mine with some frothed milk, dark chocolate sprinkles and a drizzle of melted peanut butter
