Gluten and Dairy Free Garlic Pancetta Pasta

  • 225 G Gluten free penne pasta
  • 200 G Pancetta Cubed
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 3 Garlic cloves Minced
  • 250 Ml Chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 G Dairy free cheese
  • salt and pepper for seasoning


  • Cook the pasta per the instructions on the packet
  • Place the pancetta, onion and garlic in a shallow pan over a medium heat
  • Saute for 5 minutes or until golden
  • Pour in the chicken stock and simmer for 5 minutes
  • Whisk the egss, parsley and cheese together
  • Add the cooked pasta and egg mix into the pan and stir until well combined
  • Cook for a couple of minutes
  • Serve with some extra parsley and dairy free cheese
