Gluten and Dairy Free Cajun Chicken Wraps

  1. Place the chicken, oregano, paprika, chilli powder, garlic, onion powder, thyme, cumin and seasoning in a large bowl and stir until well coated
  2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large shallow pan over a medium heat
  3. Add the chicken and cook for 12 minutes
  4. Heat the tortilla wraps in a hot pan for 30 seconds on each side
  5. Spread on the mayo, top with the cajun chicken, spinach, cheese, spring onions and a sprinkle of coriander
