Hello everyone, here it is my first Christmas recipe of 2021 for this Gluten and Dairy Free Christmas Bakewell Cake. This is such a simple but delicious cake to kick off your seasonal baking. Beautiful fluffy sponge with swirls of Christmas mincemeat, topped with flaked almonds and dusted with icing sugar.
I have a few exciting Christmas recipes coming up over the next few weeks. I’ll share my red nose gingerbread men recipe and also my chocolate dipped Lebkuchen. I also have stollen and Christmas Pie ice cream recipes in development.
