Hello everyone, I’m sharing this Smoked Sausage Gumbo recipe as it is perfect for this cold weather.  I had to go into town yesterday for a small procedure on my eye.  Unfortunately it was freezing cold with constant snowy rain making for a pretty miserable afternoon.  I  enjoyed a big bowl of this gumbo when I got back into the warm house.

Over the next couple of weeks I plan to share the following recipes and articles:

  • Chocolate Iced Buns
  • Five Spice Slow Roast Pork
  • Red Pepper Hummus Toast with Poached Eggs
  • Weekly Meal Plan
  • Favourite Vegetarian Recipes

I’m also working on a number of new recipes that I’ll upload asap.
