  • 80 g gluten free oats
  • 180 g dairy free berry yoghurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon dessicated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons chopped strawberries


  • Preheat the oven to 200 oC
  • Mix together the oats, yoghurt, honey, eggs, coconut and strawberries
  • Divide between two individual casserole dishes
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
  • Enjoy warm, I served mine with a little dairy free coconut yoghurt and fresh strawberries
